Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Peanut butter

  • 1 Serving Protein Powder

  • 1⁄2 Avocado

  • 2 Dates

  • 1 Drop (or 1/8th tsp) Vanilla extract

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Water



Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add more liquid if thinner consistency is preferred.
