Ingredients
1 15 oz can Pears in Heavy Syrup or in Natural Juice (for a healthier less sweet treat)
1 cup Frozen Blueberries
1 cup All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
1⁄2 cup Half and Half or Nut Milk
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
Preparation
Blend all your ingredients in a blender or food processor until pureed. Carefully pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight or for at least 4 hours. Allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes to loosen the popsicle from the mold or run under warm water for a minute.
Tips
Adding cornstarch lends to a creamier blend.
