Ingredients

  • 1, 5 oz Chicken Breast, cooked and sliced into strips

  • 4 Slices Bread

  • 1 Avocado, mashed

  • 2 Leaves Romaine Lettuce

  • 2 Slices Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

  • Salt and Pepper to taste (can omit)



Directions

  1. Cook the chicken and slice into strips.

  2. Toast the bread (optional but recommended).

  3. Mash the avocado and season with salt.

  4. Layer the bottom bread slice with mozzarella cheese, then avocado slices or mashed. Top with sliced chicken and the romaine lettuce. Add the other slice of bread and serve. (makes 2 servings)
